Join us for the First Annual Portageland Music Festival on September 6th and 7th, a two-day celebration of North Country's musical excellence! This exciting event kicks off at Ely's Historic State Theater on Friday evening with performances by Marshmallow Chaos, Christopher David Hanson Band, and a special MTV Unplugged 90's Tribute by Mallrats. On Saturday, the festivities continue from morning till night at Whiteside Park with acts like The Roe Family Singers, The Chick-A-Dee-Dee-Dees, Morning Bird, Van and the Free Candies, Saltydog, and a grand finale by Duluth Transit Authority. Enjoy the vibrant community spirit, art vendors, and culinary delights as we celebrate under the Harvest Moon. Tickets are limited, so secure your spot early! Full Festival Passes are $90, with day passes and individual tickets also available. Kids under 12 enter for free with a pass holder.
