Portageland Music Festival 2024 Recap: A Magical Weekend of Music, Art, and Community in Ely, MN

This past weekend, over 3,000 attendees gathered in Ely, MN for the unforgettable Portageland Music Festival, a celebration of live music, art, and the magic of the Harvest Moon Festival. More than just a series of performances, Portageland transformed Ely into a vibrant musical haven, breathing life into the end of summer.

We danced, sang, and reconnected, showcasing the power of music to bring communities closer together. Even the vendors felt the energy, raving about how the festival added a whole new dimension to their experience. From the first strum at Whiteside Park to the grand finale at Ely’s Historic State Theater, Portageland delivered an unforgettable weekend of live performances.
